JANOG57 参加登録および個人情報の取扱いについて
本イベント(JANOG57)の参加登録にあたり、参加者の皆さまからご提供いただく個人情報は、以下の事業者が取得し、利用目的の範囲で適切に取り扱います。

JANOG(日本ネットワーク・オペレーターズ・グループ)は、本イベントの企画・運営方針の策定を行う団体であり、
参加者情報の管理および取扱いは、当社および株式会社イーサイドが担当します。
1. 取得する個人情報の項目
参加登録フォームへの入力等により、以下の情報を取得します。
- 氏名
- 連絡先情報(メールアドレス・電話番号 など)
- 所属に関する情報(会社名・学校名 等)
- 年齢または年齢区分
- イベント参加に関する情報(参加形式、参加日程、参加区分、興味分野、懇親会参加に関する情報、アンケート回答 など)
- Stripe 決済サービスを利用したクレジットカード情報(懇親会の抽選にお申し込みいただく場合)

2. 利用目的
取得した個人情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
- 本イベント(JANOG57)の運営および参加者管理のため
- 懇親会を含むプログラムに関する連絡、案内、抽選、決済処理のため
- 参加者の属性分析やイベント改善のための統計処理(個人を特定できない形に限る)
- 緊急時(災害・中止時等)における連絡のため
- イベント公式ウェブサイト等に参加者氏名を掲載するため
- 申込時に別途同意いただいた場合に限り、協賛企業によるサービス・製品・イベント・技術情報等の案内・情報提供を行うために、参加者情報を協賛企業へ提供するため
3. 個人情報の取り扱いについて
本イベントの運営にあたり、当社および株式会社イーサイドは、当社が提供する参加者管理システムを通じて個人情報を取り扱います。
両社は、利用目的達成に必要な範囲で個人情報を確認・利用し、目的外利用や不必要な外部提供は行いません。
JANOGはイベントの企画・方針策定を行いますが、参加者個人情報の管理・取扱いは行いません。

6. 免責事項
- 本イベントへの参加に関連して参加者間に発生したトラブル、怪我、損害等については、当会に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、当会は責任を負いません。
- 会場内での貴重品・手荷物の管理は参加者ご自身の責任で行ってください。紛失・盗難について当会は責任を負いません。
- 悪天候その他、運営上やむを得ない事情によりイベントを中止または内容変更する場合があります。中止等によって生じた損害について、当会は責任を負いかねます。
7. 同意について
上記内容をご確認のうえ、ご同意いただける場合は登録フォーム内の該当項目にチェックを入れてください。
ご同意いただけない場合は参加登録を完了することができません。
なお、協賛企業への個人情報提供は任意項目であり、同意されない場合でも参加登録は可能です。
(ただし協賛企業による案内・情報提供は行われません)

JANOG (Japan Network Operators' Group) is an organization responsible for planning and formulating operational policies for this event. Management and handling of participant information is undertaken by the Company and e-side Co., Ltd.

- Name
- Contact information (email address, phone number, etc.)
- Affiliation information (company name, school name, etc.)
- Age or age group
- Event participation information (participation format, schedule, category, areas of interest, party participation information, questionnaire responses, etc.)
- Credit card information via Stripe payment service (if applying for the party lottery)

JANOG is responsible for event planning and policy formulation but does not manage or handle participant personal information.

6. Disclaimer
- JANOG shall not be liable for troubles, injuries, damages, etc. that occur between participants in connection with participation in this event, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of JANOG.
- Management of valuables and baggage within the venue is the responsibility of each participant. JANOG shall not be liable for loss or theft.
- The event may be canceled or its content changed due to bad weather or other unavoidable operational circumstances. JANOG shall not be liable for damages caused by cancellation or changes.

If you do not agree, you will not be able to complete your participant registration.
Note that provision of personal information to sponsoring companies is optional, and you can complete registration even if you do not consent.
